- Using an Electronic cleaner or enhancer around the battery terminal will prolong life and keep the connections from corroding. Dielectric grease is a great option and sold at most hardware stores!
- Please treat the battery with care while on the water, it is a good practice to take the battery off while moving from spot to spot at all times if possible when not strapped to the rod.
